Strictly Come Dancing – The Album. A Review.

We can put our hands up and admit to enjoying a karaoke session whilst driving along, doing the housework or just pottering around the house. When we heard that the amazing Strictly Band (including Trev the hat, who we have a soft spot for) had released an album, we headed to amazon and ordered ourselves a copy.

As soon as it arrived we weren’t disappointed. My 4 year old loved it so much she started dancing jumping around to all the songs and for me it brought back some of my favourite ever Strictly moments… Louis and Flavia’s Salsa, Kara and Artem’s American Smooth, Chris and Ola’s Charleston (incidentally our Throwback Thursday moment today) and Harry and Aliona’s Quickstep amongst many. Whilst Daydreaming, we remembered some of these performances quite vividly too!

For us, Dave Arch, His Wonderful Orchestra and The Strictly Singers are supremely talented and the music has made many magical Strictly memories for us. They prove Strictly is not just about great dancing, but great music too. This CD showcases this and for any Strictly Fan is a must for their stocking filler this Christmas.

It costs just ยฃ6 from amazon and for us is great value for money. Here’s a link so you can order your copy, http://www.amazon.co.uk/Strictly-Come-Dancing-Dave-Arch/dp/B00OSGVK92/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417731950&sr=8-1&keywords=strictly+come+dancing. One word of advice, don’t leave it in your car as it may give non-strictly fan passengers a shock (yes, they do exist!)

We give it 5/5 stars! If you’ve listened to this CD, we’d love to hear what you thought of it. Comment below to let us know.
