Strictly Support Group Does Comic Relief and International Women’s Day!

Here at the Strictly Support Group, you know we love any chance for a chat and tonight we found two topics to talk about and celebrate, Comic Relief and International Women’s Day!

We began by talking about International Women’s Day, which takes place tomorrow! This day is a chance to celebrate inspirational and wonderful women. There have been many inspirational ladies to take part on Strictly. We asked you who you thought was the most inspirational and why. Here are our favourites:

For our next question, we asked if you could pick a Strictly routine to represent the values of International Women’s day, which routine would you choose? Here are some of your answers:

Some amazing dance routine suggestions from you all. We then moved on to ask you, if you could choose on Strictly star to be an ambassador for International Women’s Day, who would you choose and why?

We then moved onto discussing Comic Relief and the People’s Strictly. With the Comic Relief Danceathon taking place tomorrow, we asked you to let us know your signature dance moves and how you’ll be strictlifying your outfits. We had some great suggestions and are pretty sure you guys will look fab-u-lous in sequins, tutus and glitter, whilst doing the crab! #thecrabliveson! If you’re taking part tomorrow, we want you to tweet us your pictures! We’ll give you all a shoutout!

For our final question we discussed the People’s Strictly, a show which celebrates everyday heroes. We asked you who your Strictly heroes are and how you would reward them. Here are some of your wonderful and fab-u-lous answers:
