Strictly News at Ten (ish) – We’re off to the East End!

Good evening! We’re coming to you live from the Queen Vic where we’re getting reports that sequins are being added to glasses of bubbly and one landlady telling one of the judges to “get outta my pub” when he rated their house white with a measly 2/10!

I’ve used a little artistic licence there, but Kellie Bright (watches non-eastenders fans seem confused) was revealed  as the first female Strictly 2015 contestant on Chris Evans’s Breakfast Show on Radio 2 this morning.

We know that Eastenders people normally do really well on the show, and she’ll definitely have the support of Danny Dyer and Jake Wood looking at this clip:

Our pros and everyone seemed really supportive and reminded us of the camararderie there is on Strictly. It just made us want to give everyone a group hug:

Kellie, understandably, seems extremely excited (wouldn’t you be?) and tweeted this earlier:

We can’t wait to see her dance and are sure she’ll be fab-u-lous!

We’d love to hear who you’d like to see Kellie paired with and what do you think will be her dance. Comment below or tweet @scd_support to let us know.

Tomorrow we’ll learn the fourth celebrity to appear on Strictly on BBC Breakfast. We’ll have our news bulletin and our quickfire quiz later in the evening. We hope you can join us then.

Cassie 🙂
