Unless you have been hiding under a sparkly rock, you’ll know that earlier this week we launched our latest challenge, Strictly Couple weeks.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll pick one couple each week, and every day will share one of their dances for you as our weekly Strictly fix.
This week, we have chosen the Queen of It Takes Two and Series 3 of Strictly, Zoe Ball along with the wonderful, sparkly king of Wednesday Warm-Ups, Ian Waite as our couple this week:
We started things off on Monday by showing you their Foxtrot, before moving on to THAT Tango on Tuesday and yesterday we lightened the mood with their bright and brilliant Quickstep.
Today is Throwback Thursday, and we’re reliving one of the greatest Rumbas of all time. When Zoe and Ian performed this in week 2, in 2005, they may have made a tiny slip-up, but this dance soon became one of our all-time favourite rumbas. You could tell they were the best of friends from the start, but Ian’s choreography was beautiful and Zoe mastered it perfectly even despite the tiny slip!
We loved it, and in case you missed it earlier, here it is again:
We’ll be back tomorrow to reveal another Zoe and Ian moment from the archives. On Sunday, we’ll then open up a poll for you to help us decide the best Zoe and Ian routine of all time!
Have a wonderful afternoon.
